Lent menu in Citronelle!

Today, 49 days before Easter, Lent begins. It lasts seven weeks and its purpose is our spiritual preparation for the meeting of such a bright and warm Easter. For our guests who keeps Lent, we cook a delicious menu with hummus and tomato tartare with avocado, delicious soup with ceps and coriander, rice pasta with ceps, oyster mushrooms and pumpkin curry, risotto with spelta, ceps and vegetable ratatouille. As for incredibly delicious desserts: coconut milk panna cott, buckthorn cake and brownie with cherries. Bon Appetit!
